Description
As a Retail Sales Assistant (Beauty), you will provide essential operational support to ensure the smooth execution of retail expansion strategies. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with customer account management, including responding to queries and processing orders.
- Supporting the rollout of new products across retail partners, ensuring accurate product listings and availability.
- Coordinating promotional activities, planogram execution, and compliance monitoring.
- Tracking stock levels and working with internal teams to manage forecasting and replenishment.
- Preparing reports and sharing insights on sales performance and business KPIs.
- Assisting in the development of customer presentations and sales materials.
- Collaborating with sales, marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to support key retail initiatives.
Profile
We're looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Sales Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have:
- Demonstrable experience in a sales support, administrative, or coordinator role - preferably within the Beauty or FMCG industry.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the ability to analyse sales data.
- A proactive and problem-solving mindset with great attention to detail.
- Experience with trade marketing or content management platforms (PIM/DAM) is desirable.
- A relevant bachelor's degree (preferred but not essential).
