The Job:
For the first time ever, we are looking for a Group Sales Manager to guide our digital team. The GSM will mentor the team so they are the best they can be whilst also assisting with the creative process and delivering on brief responses.
Whilst no two days are the same, your day to day will include:
Direct & deploy the Digital Team to execute quarterly sales strategy
Lead by example in securing major sales campaigns and growing revenue base
Development and preparation of digital sales & marketing and ideas & opportunities
Identify and implement opportunities for revenue growth utilizing assets
Who are we looking for?
We want someone who can take this role and make it their own. You will need to be creative, innovative and have an understanding of the media landscape. Previous management experience is also beneficial.
We are also looking for:
A passion for branded and digital content
A natural people person, able to negotiate and communicate effectively at all levels
Able to extract and interpret briefs with a creative flair
A results and achievement orientated mindset
Previous experience in a Senior Sales role
Strong existing agency and client relationships
Previous experience in forecasting and sales pipeline management
