The Role
Seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Banquets Supervisor to lead our Functions and Events team. In this role, you'll ensure smooth and seamless event operations while delivering outstanding service. You'll take charge of supervising and training staff, managing daily operations, and maintaining the highest service standards. If you're someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and has a passion for exceptional guest experiences, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
Skills and Experience
The successful candidate will be required to have but not limited to the following attributes.
- Oversee event setup, execution, and pack-down, ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish. Manage bar and barista services, ensuring top-quality drinks and seamless service.
- Ensure strict compliance with Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) regulations.
- Operate POS systems for accurate billing and reporting.
- Provide hands-on leadership to foster a positive, motivated, and collaborative team culture.
- Build strong relationships with clients, guests, and internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional experiences.
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and professionalism at all times.
