They are a close, stable team located within Brisbane's Inner Suburbs and are looking for their next Property Manager who is passionate and looking for a long term move.
ROLE DETAILS:

• Portfolio management end to end
• Admin support
• No trust accounting required
• No weekends - Monday to Friday only
• Structured and organised systems
• Parking provided
• Fuel Allowance provided
• Professional and consistent processes
• Up to $85,000 plus superannuation + allowances
• Great team culture

THE DESIRED CANDIDATE:

• 2+ years experience as a Portfolio Property Manager showing stability and proven loyalty
• Current QLD Certificate of Registration
• Excellent people and relationship building skills
• Self efficient and ability to work autonomously
• Desire to progress in the industry
