Michael Page are currently recruiting a Contracts Administrator role for an award winning Tier 2 builder based just outside Brisbane CBD. They specialise in the delivery of commercial, health, education, and hospitality projects up to $20m in value - both new build and refurbishments. Due to a very strong pipeline of projects they are looking to expand their commercial team with the addition of a Contracts Administrator.

Our client is a Tier 2 head contractor who deliver projects in the industrial, commercial and hospitality sectors. This includes both new build, refurbishment and fit out projects up to $20m in value. As they continue to expand their market share they have a very strong pipeline of work ahead for 2025 and 2026 and as such they are looking to add a Contracts Administrator to their team.
Description
Key responsibilities will include:
- Writing scopes of works
- Negotiating and letting sub-contracts
- Involvement with monthly cost reports

Profile
Selection criteria will include:
- Proven track record in a similar role delivering building and construction projects
- High level of computer literacy
- Experience with modern construction software systems e.g. Jobpac, Cheops, Procore, etc.
- Excellent interpersonal skills
