Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Business Partner to join our team on a 9-month fixed term maternity leave contract. Based in Brisbane CBD, this role will focus on white-collar end-to-end recruitment and will work closely with our team spread across the east coast of Australia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for white-collar positions, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and offers.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide expert advice on talent acquisition strategies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to attract top talent.
About You:
- Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably within a white-collar environment.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and current market trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Proficient in using recruitment software and tools.
