Through in-house training, you will gain experience in:
- General Office Management
- Diary and email coordination
- Key management
- Property management support
- Real Estate compliance
Requirements
- Hold a QLD Real Estate Certificate (or be within the process of obtaining).
- Driven, confident with high energy and positivity.
- High attention to detail to support the property management team with administration support
- Career focused - this is a business looking for people to progress and grow
- Real Estate experience is preferred, but not essential
- Some administration and/or reception experience is highly regarded.
- Excellent telephone manner
- Team focused and willing to help others
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Hold a genuine interest in Real Estate
- Skilled in Microsoft Word & Outlook
