The Opportunity
We're looking for a highly experienced and passionate Sous Chef (Full time) to join our culinary team. You will be an integral member of our team and will work closely with a team of inspired professionals who encourage and invite your contributions.
About You
- Previous experience working as a Sous Chef and Chef trade qualification
- Demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate a team - lead by example
- Build strong relationships with producers and ensures quality sourced produce
- Impeccable attention to detail
- Proactive and the willingness to take initiative and make sound business decisions
- Driven, creative and a genuine passion for cooking and a strong customer service focus
- Current knowledge of culinary trends and industry best practices - growth mindset
- Commitment, determination and reliability (with the availability to work late nights and on weekends as required)
- Able to demonstrate the capacity to perform the inherent requirements of the role
- Must have full working rights in Australia
