Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, profit and loss, and cash flow reports.
- Perform month-end and year-end reconciliations, including intercompany transactions.
- Prepare consolidated group financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with reporting standards.
- Manage cash flow forecasting and monitor financial performance.
- Oversee Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Prepare and lodge BAS, IAS, FBT, and Payroll Tax statements.
- Maintain the asset register and oversee capital expenditure reporting.
- Conduct financial analysis and monitor key performance indicators to support decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax requirements, and internal controls.
- Collaborate with external auditors to facilitate audits and statutory reporting.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial operations.
- Support the Finance Manager with ad hoc projects and financial reporting needs.
Candidate Profile
You are a CA or CPA-qualified accountant with strong technical expertise and a solid understanding of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and Australian Accounting Standards (AAS). You may have gained your experience in financial audit or within a group finance function, giving you exposure to consolidated reporting and compliance.
An inquisitive and analytical thinker, you enjoy digging into the details, asking the right questions, and providing valuable financial insights. You are keen to learn and develop your skills while working in a dynamic and evolving business.

Salary ranges between 100 – 120K depending on experience
Some flexibility for hybrid working may be considered after 6months.
