Your new role
As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in designing and developing a new workflow to enhance operational efficiency. You will take full ownership of the project, managing it from initial planning through to execution. This includes conducting testing, coordinating the rollout, and providing training to ensure a seamless transition for all stakeholders. You will also be responsible for identifying and implementing process improvements, working closely with teams to refine and optimise the workflow. With a strong focus on continuous improvement, you will ensure that the workflow evolves to meet business needs while keeping all stakeholders engaged and informed throughout the process.
