Role : Manager Manager
Experience : 5+ Years
Location : Sydney
Essential Criteria :
- 5+ years, global experience managing sports sponsorship programs including digital activation
- Marketing experience with relevant degree in marketing, communications or a related field
- Demonstrates project management skills including technology projects, campaigns and events
- Demonstrates creativity, strategic thinking, tech know-how and attention to detail
- Possess good analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Enthusiastic and proactive
- G-suite savvy including Excel
- Flexible and agile including availability to occasionally work after-hours/weekends throughout the year
- Ability to communicate and present to various stakeholders
- Ability to thrive in fast paced environment
Responsibilities :
- Manage a busy program of running sponsorships across Australia and New Zealand
- Coordinate event day management including bump in and out, event and activation set up, vendors and registrations
- Manage digital sports programs including app development, AI, digital-twin directly related to sports sponsorship
- Manage community initiatives and programs directly related to sports sponsorships
- Manage timelines and priorities with various stakeholders including agencies, suppliers, clients and client partners
- Effectively manage internal systems and processes including reporting, budgeting, POs and invoicing
- Subject matter expert on all things brand related across sponsorship experiences, account activity and activations to raise awareness of the brand and provide pathways to sales
