Your new role
The client is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join their Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our HR operations and ensuring a seamless employee experience. Key Responsibilities
- Assist with day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, meetings, and training sessions.
- Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in the preparation of HR reports and presentations.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in an HR role, preferably as an HR Coordinator or similar position.
- The ability to speak Mandarin would be desirable.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
