Women's and Children's Health Network (WCHN) is searching for a passionate leader to join Child and Family Health Service (CaFHS) team during an exciting time of growth and innovation. In the role of Advanced Clinician & Educator you will be:
- Leading the Way: Championing inter-professional collaboration and ensuring that our clinical practices align with the Model of Care. You'll help shape and monitor key outcomes, making lasting impact on patient care and results.
- Driving Change: Proactively transforming our services by addressing challenges and improving practices based on real-time data. You will optimise both clinical and corporate activities to boost efficiency and enhance service delivery.

Who You Are
You are a passionate and results-driven leader with a proven track record of achieving strategic and operational success within healthcare or community services.
