About the Role
Join CALHN as an ICT Internal Security & Audit Manager and play a key role in safeguarding critical healthcare systems. In this dynamic position, you will lead internal audits and cybersecurity assessments, ensuring robust risk management, governance, and compliance across the network. You'll collaborate with executives, divisions, and clinical teams to provide expert advice and drive continuous improvement in ICT security and assurance.
This is an opportunity to make a real impact in a fast-paced healthcare environment. You'll work closely with key stakeholders to develop and implement audit frameworks, conduct independent reviews, and enhance CALHN's assurance capabilities. About You
We're looking for a skilled and motivated ICT professional with strong auditing expertise to join our team. To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Qualifications & Experience - A relevant degree or diploma, or extensive experience, with at least five years in auditing and governance.
- Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills - Ability to assess client needs, conduct complex analysis, and develop effective solutions.
- Leadership & Communication - Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal skills, with experience in training, project management, and stakeholder collaboration.
- Adaptability & Organisation - A proactive, flexible approach to managing workload, meeting deadlines, and driving change in a dynamic environment.
