About the Role

As a Business Officer, you will play a vital role in supporting the Mental Health Clinical Program at TQEH, specifically within the 24-Bed Inpatient Mental Health Rehabilitation Unit (IMHRU) Project. You’ll provide high-quality administrative and business support, contributing to the seamless delivery of contemporary, evidence-based rehabilitation services to consumers within the CALHN catchment area. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, where your efforts will directly impact the well-being of individuals seeking mental health support.

Your responsibilities will encompass a range of essential tasks, including human resource management, credentialing, financial and administrative processes, and business improvement initiatives. You will assist in the allocation of resources, ensuring the smooth operation of services, and support the continuous enhancement of care delivery.
