We’re looking for a sales dynamo ~ someone who’s not just a manager, but a leader with the power to inspire and deliver superior results. You’re:

• A sales guru skilled in upselling and cross-selling.

• Quick to identify opportunities for improvement and act on them.

• Able to work Weekends as part of a regular arrangement

The Role

As our new Bathurst Sales Manager, you’ll be the captain of your store, leading the charge to exceed expectations and outperform store performance targets.

Your mission:

• Set, communicate, and execute store strategies that ensure growth.

• Monitor and analyse financial targets, then implement winning strategies.

• Ensure the store is always strategically staffed for peak performance.

• Oversee all operations, from opening to closing, with precision.

• Manage and lead a high performing sales team with genuine passion and care.

• Execute a high-performing, safe, and fun work culture.

• Set the standard by creating exceptional and memorable customer experiences.
