About You
You’re energetic, caring and dedicated to fostering children’s growth through creative, adaptable, and inquiry-based tailored learning. You thrive in a collaborative environment, contributing positively to a respectful and supportive culture. Empathetic and patient, you take pride in building positive, trusting relationships with children and their families.
To be eligible, you’ll need a Completed Early Childhood Teacher, Current First Aid and CPR Certificate, Current Working with Children Check as well as a Child Protection Certificate.
Key Responsibilities
Working closely with your fellow Educators and Centre Manager, you will:
- Inspire children through play-based learning and engaging experiences.
- Plan and implement programs that empower children to lead their learning.
- Create a safe, inclusive environment that encourages creativity and resilience.
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and team members.
- Document and celebrate children’s developmental milestones.
