What’s the role?
As a Senior Product Designer, you'll play a key role in shaping user experiences that align with our vision and meet customer needs. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you'll take ownership of key projects, advocate for user centred design and mentor others along the way.
What you’ll do
- Champion user centred design, collaborative & agile methodologies throughout the business.
- Plan, conduct & synthesise user research.
- Analyse quant data to form hypotheses & insights.
- Produce actionable & evidence based insights that drive decisions.
- Create UI/UX artefacts such as wireframes, user flows, pixel perfect screens, prototypes.
- Plan & facilitate workshops to solve user & business problems.
- Contribute to team culture & initiatives.
- Mentor others within the Product Design team.
Job Qualifications:
What you’ll need
- 4+ years of Product / UX / UI Design experience.
- Strong portfolio showcasing user centred & collaborative design solutions.
- Figma proficiency.
- Strong communication skills.
- Experience working within cross functioning agile product delivery teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of up-skilling others.
