What’s the role?

As a Senior Product Designer, you'll play a key role in shaping user experiences that align with our vision and meet customer needs. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you'll take ownership of key projects, advocate for user centred design and mentor others along the way.

What you’ll do

  • Champion user centred design, collaborative & agile methodologies throughout the business.
  • Plan, conduct & synthesise user research.
  • Analyse quant data to form hypotheses & insights.
  • Produce actionable & evidence based insights that drive decisions.
  • Create UI/UX artefacts such as wireframes, user flows, pixel perfect screens, prototypes.
  • Plan & facilitate workshops to solve user & business problems.
  • Contribute to team culture & initiatives.
  • Mentor others within the Product Design team.

Job Qualifications:

What you’ll need

  • 4+ years of Product / UX / UI Design experience.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing user centred & collaborative design solutions.
  • Figma proficiency.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Experience working within cross functioning agile product delivery teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven track record of up-skilling others.
