this role will be based at our Belmont team sales Hub and the position will suit a motivated individual with a strong attention to detail, who have strong Trade or Hardware experience and who are customer focused and team orientated.
What will you be doing?
- Handle routine and specialist customer queries and complaints in a professional and helpful manner.
- Take incoming calls from clients
- Develop strong relationships with the supplier and customer networks and provide timely support and service to customers in order to maximise the network potential and product offering
- Demonstrate the GROW methodology at all times to increase sales
- Educate customers on current marketing offers
- Complete and deliver competitive quotes to customers in a timely manner
- Receive and process customer orders
- Complete stock checks to ensure stock is available
- Handle customer queries and process sales
- Liaising with other departments/sites across Fagg’s Group
- Working as part of team to deliver great sales outcomes
This can be either full time or part time in nature and between the trading hours of Monday - Saturday in the role and the successful candidate will be offered a permanent ongoing position with the opportunity to build a rewarding career. Hours are generally reflective to our Trade customer needs and flexibility is important to us.

Does this sound like you?
- Timber & Hardware knowledge or previous trade experience preferred
- A Retail Star - customer focus is imperative and one of our core values
- Current Fork Lift Licence (not essential)
- Comfortable with technology - computer literacy is a must but also something we can teach!
- The ability to multi-task and work independently as well as part of a team
- Motivated - A desire to challenge yourself and show initiative and ownership in your work
- Physically active as the role can be physically demanding
- Reliable - Reliability is an integral part of the role
