Euc Manager

Description:

• Lead and manage the end-user computing environment to ensure seamless IT service delivery.
• Oversee the deployment, maintenance, and optimisation of hardware, software, and user support services.
• Align EUC operations with business goals while maintaining compliance with IT policies and security standards.

• Manage and support end-user devices, including laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers, and collaboration tools (O365, Intune).
• Ensure efficient service delivery, including device imaging, patch management, and endpoint security.
• Oversee vendor relationships and evaluate service performance.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the EUC team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Monitor service desk performance, resolve escalated technical issues, and improve end-user experience.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and best practices for EUC operations.
• Ensure compliance with security policies, software patching, and regulatory requirements.
• Drive process improvements and implement proactive measures to enhance IT service quality.

• 5+ years of experience in end-user computing, desktop support, or IT operations.
• 2+ years of leadership experience in IT service delivery.
• Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and mobile device platforms.
• Proficiency in endpoint management tools (e.g., SCCM, Intune, VMware Workspace ONE).
• Familiarity with Active Directory, group policies, and identity management.
• ITIL certification preferred.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
