IT End-User Computing (EUC) ManagerPay rate: $800 - $950 Per day including super

Location: Melbourne OR Perth
Primary Purpose
- Lead and manage the end-user computing environment to ensure seamless IT service delivery.
- Oversee the deployment, maintenance, and optimisation of hardware, software, and user support services.
- Align EUC operations with business goals while maintaining compliance with IT policies and security standards.
- Manage and support end-user devices, including laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers, and collaboration tools (O365, Intune).
- Ensure efficient service delivery, including device imaging, patch management, and endpoint security.
- Oversee vendor relationships and evaluate service performance.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the EUC team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Monitor service desk performance, resolve escalated technical issues, and improve end-user experience.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and best practices for EUC operations.
- Ensure compliance with security policies, software patching, and regulatory requirements.
- Drive process improvements and implement proactive measures to enhance IT service quality.
- 5+ years of experience in end-user computing, desktop support, or IT operations.
- 2+ years of leadership experience in IT service delivery.
- Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and mobile device platforms.
- Proficiency in endpoint management tools (e.g., SCCM, Intune, VMware Workspace ONE).
- Familiarity with Active Directory, group policies, and identity management.
- ITIL certification preferred.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
