The person we are looking for will have a strong technical background, be willing to learn, and be able to self-manage their days.
Answering customer phone calls and handling remote support requests are required.
Skills in the following would be great:
Office 365/Entra
Windows Server
MacOS
Synology
UniFi
RMM Systems
WordPress/Cpanel/Hosting
