Description:
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular visits and support.
- Provide technical support and answer customer queries with in-depth product knowledge.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities through prospecting and networking.
- Assist customers with growth strategies, marketing programs, and portfolio management.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and sales performance metrics for informed decision-making.
- Negotiate pricing and terms, ensuring alignment with company policies.
- Submit regular reports on sales activities and market trends using data visualization tools.
Requirements:
A successful Sales Manager should have:
- Preferred but not required: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years sales experience, especially in industrial filtration or distribution.
- Proactive "hunter" mindset for securing new business.
- Ability to manage diverse stakeholders in a competitive market.
- Strong business acumen, customer focus, and resilience under pressure.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, SAP, Salesforce; experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
- Ability to analyze market trends and competitor data for actionable insights.
- Proven success in strategic account development and operational execution.
