We are seeking a passionate professional to join us and drive innovation in the MedTech and Assistive Tech sectors.
MedTechVic is at the forefront of medical and assistive device innovation, leading the way in product development and research trials. We are building a new facility dedicated to the co-creation of assistive technologies, supporting the digitisation of the MedTech sector, and developing clinicians with product development skills. Our projects span design, AR/VR, digital manufacturing, and clinical activities.
As a Program Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the MedTechVic Hub. Reporting to the academic Director, you will provide strategic support and advice, integrate University policy, and achieve objectives relative to the Hub. You will develop excellent relationships across the University and with external partners, clients, and stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing plans, building operational processes, and managing resources to achieve optimal outcomes.
About You
To be suitable for this role you will need to have experience in the below key accountabilities:
  • Experience in, or leadership of, a dynamic team to achieve targeted outcomes.
  • Experience in financial and commercial project management including creating and managing agreements and completing reporting requirements.
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills and the ability to work cooperatively with a diverse range of people including both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Highly developed written and oral communication skills, including the ability to prepare materials for marketing and external promotional activities.

Qualifications
  • Completion of post graduate qualifications and extensive relevant experience in education, MedTech, management or a combination.
