Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and document current business processes using Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) or Lean Six Sigma methodologies, with a strong preference for BPMN.
- Identify areas for process improvement and develop strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process changes and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Monitor and measure the impact of process improvements and make necessary adjustments.
- Provide training and support to team members on process improvement techniques and tools.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders on process improvement initiatives.
- Exhibit excellent communication skills to present findings and recommendations to executives.
- Proven experience in business process analysis and improvement.
- Proficiency in BPMN and/or Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
