About the Role...
Alspec is currently looking for a graduate industrial designer or an experienced window designer for our Eastern Creek site.
We are looking for an energetic, motivated and organised professional to work as part of a passionate and dynamic team. This role focuses on building on existing designs and creating new designs across the fenestration and home improvement related systems. You will build strong relationships with staff and suppliers through providing exceptional service and solutions.
You will be responsible for:
- Creating technical manuals for systems
- Creating or modifying systems to accommodate demand
- General design work as required
- Interacting with external entities to provide the best outcomes

To be successful, you will have the following qualifications and attributes:
- InDesign, AutoCad, Inventor & 3DS Max experience (highly regarded)
- Bachelor of Industrial Design
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task
- An understanding of Aluminium systems
- Strong technical aptitude
- The ability to work autonomously, think on your feet and meet deadlines.
