The Fresh Collective are looking for casual waitstaff to join the team at UNSW, The Lounge.

The Role
- Take orders and ensure customers have a delightful experience
- Deliver food and beverage service to guests in a professional, efficient and courteous manner
- A la carte and bar service
- Use the POS, entering orders and handling cash/card
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of the bar’s wine list, cocktail menu and food menu
- Assist in opening and closing procedures
- Monday - Friday only, 15 to 20 hours per week
To be successful, you are:
- Passionate about customer service, experienced and motivated about working in a fast-paced busy environment
- 1+ years hospitality
- A La Carte waitperson experience
- A team player who can work independently
- Well presented with a great work ethic and a positive attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Have a valid RSA
- Valid working rights in Australia
- Available to work on Monday to Friday day time and Tuesday to Thursday evenings until 7pm only
