We are on the hunt for a new Customer Care Consultant to join our Trade Store team in Orange NSW !
You'll be working with a friendly and supportive team to serve customers via phone, email, and in person on our Trade Counter.

Your key responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Provide customer service via phone, email, in person, and our other business systems
- Support trade store as required with stock replenishment and general housekeeping
- Take ownership of enquiries, and find fast resolutions within allocated timeframes
- Finalise customer orders including online order collection
- Action any additional ad hoc administrative tasks to support the trade store
To be successful, you will have:
- Customer service experience in a trade store, call centre, or retail environment
- Well-developed customer service skills with a ‘customer first’ approach
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated and shows an interest in personal development within the company
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced high-pressure environment
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
