Your opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Project Officer to join our transformation team, to work on change and transformation projects to improve productivity and efficiency of our business. Working side by side with people who go the extra mile, you'll also love the feeling of helping children and adults who need us. Here's how you'll do it:
- Provide a range of project coordination activities and support services to ensure portfolio, program and project outcomes are met.
- Collaborate with key internal stakeholders and head of business units to effectively design, plan, and deliver projects, on time and in budget.
- Assist in the design, implementation, evaluation, and reporting of projects delivered.
- Undertake effective data collection, analysis, evaluation developing key insights and data trends.
- Prepare written advice, including briefing notes, minutes, project documentation and reports, suitable for a broad range of stakeholders.
- Communicate with key stakeholders and coordinate working groups, committees, and consultation workshops to facilitate exchange of information and support project completion.
- Understand, adhere, and actively manage risk in your day-to-day work
What you'll bring
- An experienced project officer with knowledge of project management strategies and methodologies
- Exceptional time management, facilitation, and organisational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to operate in a fast-moving environment and manage competing timelines
- Experience with data collection and analysis leading to interpretation data and trends
- Experience in understanding and mapping services and systems and identifying key stakeholders in these systems
