Key Responsibilities:
You will bring your technical expertise to:
- Pool & Water Systems Maintenance: Monitor, clean, and maintain pool filtration systems, hot and cold plunges, and float therapy pools, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Water Testing & Chemistry: Regularly test and balance pool chemicals (chlorine, pH, alkalinity) to maintain safe and sanitary water conditions.
- Pump & Filtration Oversight: Conduct backwashing, inspections, and maintenance of pumps, filters, and heaters to optimize performance.
- Brauer Controller & Chlorinator Operation (experience highly regarded).
- Drainage & Facility Upkeep: Clean and maintain drains, ensuring proper water flow and system efficiency.
- General Pool & Spa Maintenance: Troubleshoot issues with equipment, piping, and water quality to prevent downtime.
- Grounds & External Area Care: Use blower vacuums, apply pesticides/herbicides, and maintain pathways and gardens.
- Handyman & General Maintenance Tasks: Support broader facility maintenance needs, including minor repairs, basic plumbing, and upkeep of fitness equipment.
- Proactive Maintenance & Reporting: Identify potential issues and suggest solutions to enhance efficiency and safety.
About You:
- Water testing and chemistry knowledge with experience balancing pool chemicals.
- General pool and spa maintenance experience, including filtration and chlorination systems.
- Brauer controller and chlorinator experience (advantageous).
- Mechanical aptitude is essential for troubleshooting pumps, heaters, and filtration systems.
- Physical fitness to handle equipment, maintenance tasks, and facility upkeep.
- Willingness to perform general handyman tasks as required in addition to pool maintenance.
