The Role
An opportunity has become available for a Senior Training Coordinator to join Gold Coast Health (GCH) where the focus of our 12 000-strong team is on providing world-class health care to people living in the Gold Coast, and northern New South Wales region of Australia.
You will
- Provide advice to the Training and Adoption Manager, Digital Experience Senior Director and other relevant stakeholders
- Build and maintain relationships with all education units and working groups across GCHHS
- Liaise and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders to successfully manage needs, expectations, mitigate risks and support change for the Clinical Informatics training portfolio
- Develop and maintain the content and structure of training and education initiatives to meet the needs of staff training in clinical applications
About you
To be successful in this position you will require:
- Declaration of serious discipline history must be disclosed
- Criminal History Screening will be required for new employees (GCH will cover cost)

Salary
- Permanent full time
- Base salary ranging from $121 360 - $129 998 per annum
