Operating from our convenient Sydney CBD office, your day-to-day will include:
- Ensuring compliance with external regulations, legislative requirements, and TAL's high standards of service.
- Managing customer relationships and collaborating with internal teams to deliver the best outcomes for our customers.
- Contributing to ongoing projects and case conferences, where your expertise will directly impact claims outcomes.
- Proven experience in a similar claims management role (end-to-end) within Workers Compensation
- Strong communication and empathy skills, especially in sensitive situations.
- Excellent time management, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
- Allied Health backgrounds and Return-to- Work are a plus!
