At MSWA, we're looking for dedicated individuals like you to provide exceptional clinical care, support, and supervision to our Clients staying at our City Beach Respite.
Your Daily Impact as an Enrolled Nurse:
- Delivering high-quality nursing and personal care to residents, including conducting assessments and offering professional advice.
- Supervising and supporting Care Support Workers to ensure care plans are followed accurately.
- Assisting with the fitting of aids and appliances.
- Monitoring and administering prescribed medications.
- Maintaining thorough documentation and promptly reporting any changes in resident status to the Manager.
- Conducting regular reviews and observations of residents as needed.
- A genuine passion to make a difference coupled with excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Current Australian “C” Class Drivers Licence with no restrictions.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- AHPRA registered
- Experience in a similar role.
- A positive attitude (makes a huge difference!)
- Motivated and passionate to achieve deliverable outcomes for the team.
