Data Management Specialist We’re currently on a mission to uplift our data management practices, and we need a skilled . Brisbane opportunity based at our Newstead Office in permanent, full-time This is a Your opportunity: , you work as part of a small, tight-knit team that plays a critical role in making sure EQL’s data is accurate, secure, and well-governed. This isn’t a technical role – you’re not writing code or developing data sets – but you’re the go-to person for best practices, governance frameworks, and guiding business units and teams on how to use and manage their data effectively. Data Management Specialist As a Your day-to-day involves engaging with leaders and subject matter experts across the entire business, understanding their data challenges, and helping them implement data quality and governance improvements. You act as a detective – digging into data management issues, identifying root causes, and working with Digital teams to drive innovative solutions. Whether it’s running data governance forums, collaborating on major data uplift projects, or ensuring compliance with privacy regulations, your work has a real impact on how we manage data at EQL. What you’ll bring: . strong background in data quality, governance, and cataloguing with a experienced data management professional You’re an is essential. Familiarity with 5+ years working in data management and data quality within large, complex organisations You don’t need a specific degree – we care more about your experience.
