About the Role:
As our Recruitment Partner, you'll report directly to the Managing Director and work alongside a collaborative team of HR professionals. You'll take ownership of the recruitment function, working with clients and candidates to match top talent with exciting opportunities.
You'll lead recruitment campaigns end-to-end, with senior support for executive placements, while maximising talent attraction strategies and managing the candidate pipeline to ensure an outstanding experience for everyone involved.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver end-to-end recruitment campaigns including writing briefs, developing position descriptions, creating targeted campaigns, shortlisting, screening, interviewing, and providing regular client updates
- Maintain comprehensive candidate records in Job Adder and job board systems
- Build and nurture strong relationships with candidate pipelines
- Track and report on recruitment metrics and campaign success
- Conduct fortnightly 'love calls' to placed candidates and clients to ensure satisfaction
- Partner with clients to build positive candidate experiences throughout the recruitment journey
- Continuously improve BespokeHR's templates and processes to ensure best-practice recruitment approaches
- Contribute to cross-functional company projects and initiatives
- 2-5 years' experience in a direct recruitment/talent acquisition role
- Genuine passion for the entire recruitment lifecycle
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer and candidate experiences
- Strong interpersonal skills with natural leadership abilities
- Exceptional attention to detail in creating high-quality recruitment documents
- Proficiency with recruitment databases and candidate sourcing/attraction tools
- Outstanding problem-solving abilities and time management skills
- Creative approach to designing campaigns that attract perfect talent matches
- Collaborative team player who thrives in a dynamic work environment
- Previous experience using Recruitment CRM systems, Job Adder or similar (desirable)
- Experience recruiting for office support, people & culture, marketing, sales/business development, and/or finance roles (desirable)
- Work closely with the Managing Director to shape recruitment strategies
