ABOUT THE POSITION
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for end-to-end project management, ensuring delivery aligns with budget, program, and quality standards. You will manage stakeholder expectations, contractor coordination, and WHS compliance, playing a critical role in the success of high-profile education and commercial projects.
DUTIES
- Oversee project scheduling, budgets, and procurement.
- Lead site teams and ensure seamless coordination of subcontractors.
- Ensure compliance with government regulations and education project guidelines.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, consultants, and government authorities.
- Implement risk management strategies to ensure timely project delivery.
- 5+ years’ experience in commercial new build, education, or government school projects.
- Strong ability to manage multiple stakeholders, including government agencies.
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Deep understanding of WHS, contracts, and regulatory requirements for government projects.
- Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
