Location : Guardian Childcare & Education - Fairview Park is looking for a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Lead Educator ready to make a difference in the lives of young learners? We are seeking a Lead Educator to join our dynamic and supportive team at Guardian Childcare & Education in Fairview Park .
As a Lead Educator, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing and guiding the learning journey of our children, creating a warm, inclusive, and inspiring environment that fosters growth, development, and exploration.
What You’ll Do:

• Lead and inspire a team of educators in the delivery of high-quality early childhood education and care.
• Develop and implement engaging, child-centered learning programs that cater to individual needs.
• Build strong relationships with families, supporting their child’s development and well-being.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and quality standards.
• Foster a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children in the Nursery room
• Collaborate with other educators and management to continually improve practices.

What We’re Looking For:

• A recognised Early Childhood Education qualification (Bachelor or Diploma level - or working towards those qualification).
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with children, families, and colleagues.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in mentoring and guiding a team.
• A commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
• Can work full time and flexible in shifts
• Lead experience in the Nursery room (desirable)
