Key Duties:
- Work closely with the Sous Chefs and Chef de Parties to deliver service across gallery outlets and events.
- Ensure food production and presentation meet the high standards set by the Executive Chef.
- Maintain compliance with Workplace Health and Safety procedures.
- Contribute to a cooperative and professional team culture.
- Be available for a variety of shifts over a 7-day roster, including weekends and evenings.
About You:
- Proven experience as a Commis Chef in a high-volume, multi-venue kitchen.
- Experience in events and catering is an advantage.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Keen attention to detail and a passion for food.
