Locum Life Recruitment is excited to announce an incredible opportunity for a driven Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic Surgery Team. This is a high-volume, fast-paced role where you'll be managing your own desk and running it like your own business.

The Role:
As a Surgery Recruitment Consultant at Locum Life, you’ll manage the full recruitment cycle for doctors in the surgery division. You will be responsible for generating new leads, business development (BD), and building relationships with doctors to match top talent with healthcare clients. You will be working in a high-volume, dynamic environment with significant autonomy in managing your desk.
Key Responsibilities:

• High-Volume Recruitment: Focus on new doctor recruitment and business development to drive growth for your desk.
• Organisational Excellence: The organisation of your desk and time is crucial to success. You will manage your workflow effectively to ensure high productivity.
• Client Collaboration: Build strong relationships with healthcare clients and refine role specifications to meet their needs.
• Experience-Driven Recruitment: Provide the best experience for candidates and clients, handling issues quickly and thinking on your feet to solve problems.
• No Cap on Commission: Enjoy unlimited earning potential with no cap on commission.
• Self-Management: Run your desk like your own little business, managing leads and relationships to succeed.
• Supportive Team Environment: While you work independently, you will be part of a close-knit team with plenty of support, set-up processes, and templates in place to help you succeed.

Who we're looking for: You are:

• Motivated and driven, looking for a long-term role with huge potential.
• Experienced in high-volume recruitment or business development (experience in events or customer service is also valued).
• Comfortable working with cloud-based technologies and CRM systems (preferable but not required).
• Able to manage your own desk, stay organised, and thrive in a remote work environment.
• Resilient with a strong ability to handle rejection and stay focused.
• Available to work 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM AEST, with the possibility of working outside these hours to meet client or candidate needs.
