Duties & Responsibilities:

• Work across M&A, fundraising, ASX and Corporations Act compliance.
• Assist in due diligence, contract reviews and corporate governance.
• Collaborate with senior lawyers on business sales, joint ventures and restructures.
• Gain direct client and regulator interaction early in your career.
• Develop technical expertise and commercial acumen in a fast-paced legal practice.

Requirements:

• A qualified lawyer (1-2 years’ PAE), admitted in Victoria.
• Eager to develop corporate and commercial law expertise.
• A strong communicator and critical thinker with keen attention to detail.
• Proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• A team player who enjoys working closely with clients and stakeholders.
