Are you an enthusiastic HR professional with a knack for organisation, a passion for people, and a desire to make an impact? Reporting to the Head of HR you will play a key role in driving people initiatives while supporting the day-to-day HR operations.

The Role
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding
- Provide HR administrative support, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
- Assist managers with performance management, offering guidance and resources to help employees thrive
- Manage the Recruitment for both open vacancies and talent pipelining for future projects
- Play an active role in the implementation and optimisation of HR system and processes
- Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and employee records
- Support day-to-day operations, ensuring the organisation has the tools and resources needed to succeed
- Assist your manager with ad-hoc projects as they arise
About you
- Proven HR experience in a generalist role, ideally in an SME environment
- Demonstrated experience working within Construction, Property Development or Real Estate sector
- A passion for HR administration with meticulous attention to detail
- Recruitment experience specifically with regards to talent pipelining and experience using LinkedIn Recruiter for search
- Experience using HR system
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage and support managers and employees effectively
- A proactive attitude, ready to roll up your sleeves and tackle diverse challenges
