About the role:
Working collaboratively within the team, your day to day will entail:
- working across a range of commercial property matters including acquisition and sale of CBD and fringe CBD commercial property;
- flat land developments;
- exposure to full project life cycle from finance, project documentation and related structuring documentation;
- undertaking commercial and retail leasing;
- various associated commercial and contracts work; and
- working across a range of sectors from renewables, commercial, tourism, aged care and health.
To be considered you will:
- have strong analytical and technical legal experience in property law;
- 5-8 years post admission experience from a property practice; and
- have a strong commitment to achieving outstanding client service and outcomes.
