Reporting to the General Manager, this is a hands-on leadership role where you will oversee HR strategy, talent acquisition, workforce planning, and employee engagement.
You will manage a high-performing small HR team, with both the HR Manager and HR Assistant Manager reporting into you. The ideal candidate is a data-driven HR leader with a passion for building an engaged, high-performance workforce.
You’ll be responsible or:
- Shaping Organisational Culture: Foster a culture of excellence, agility, and accountability across the business.
- Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning: Attract, retain, and develop top talent through best-in-class recruitment strategies.
- Performance Management & Development: Implement clear KPI frameworks, coaching initiatives, and professional growth programs.
- HR Strategy & Business Alignment: Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, using data-driven insights to enhance people strategy.
- Employee Engagement & Well-being: Design initiatives to drive engagement, morale, and overall employee satisfaction.
- HR Compliance & Governance: Ensure compliance with local labour laws and best HR practices while fostering a fair, transparent workplace.
You have:
- 3+ years of HR leadership experience in a high-growth, performance-driven Financial Services (ideally CFD related) environment.
- Proven ability to drive HR transformation and organisational change.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- A strategic, data-driven approach to HR decision-making.
- Experience with HR technology, analytics, and workforce planning.
- Passion for fostering an inclusive, high-performance culture.
