With an enrolment of 3,400 students from ECLC to Year 12, it comprises three metropolitan campuses in Melbourne, at St Kilda Road, Glen Waverley and Elsternwick, outdoor education sites at Chum Creek, Mallana, Lochend, and a Year 9 residential campus at Clunes.We are seeking an experienced and dedicated People & Culture Coordinator to join our dynamic team in a full-time, ongoing role for immediate commencement. This hybrid position offers flexibility to work from home 1–2 days per week, with other days spent across the St Kilda Road and Glen Waverley campuses.
About the Role
Reporting to the People & Culture Manager, the Coordinator will play a key role in supporting Wesley College's people operations. The role involves providing high-level administrative and operational support to managers across various P&C functions, including:
* Managing administrative recruitment processes, from advertising to onboarding.
* Supporting compliance and employee lifecycle management, including contracts, policies, and records.
* Ensuring consistent use of HR systems and contributing to process improvements.
* Acting as the first point of contact for People & Culture-related queries, ensuring a high standard of client service.

About You
You will bring 3+ years of experience in a People & Culture or Human Resources role, ideally within the education or professional services sector. In addition, you will demonstrate:
* Strong proficiency in HR systems and advanced computer literacy highly desirable.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to relate to individuals at all levels.
* A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset, with a commitment to continuous improvement.
* Exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities.
* A commitment to the values of client service and fostering a positive workplace culture.
