About the opportunity
We are looking for a Team Leader to lead and support a dedicated team within our Early Intervention Psychosocial Support Response (EIPSR) program.
You will play a key role in maintaining high-quality service delivery, collaborating with clinicians for intake, assessment, and case allocation. You will also manage a reduced caseload and provide secondary support for complex cases, ensuring recovery plans are tailored to meet the individual requirements of our participants and align with their recovery goals.
Above all, your focus as our new EIPSR Team Leader is to provide mentorship to staff, ensuring they are well-supported and equipped to deliver the best outcomes for participants.
About the program:
The EIPSR program enhances clinical care by offering essential psychosocial support to individuals with emerging or existing psychiatric disabilities. This service supports clients who are either not eligible for the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) or are awaiting their plan. Through tailored interventions, the program helps individuals manage their mental health conditions, build resilience, and connect to community services, fostering recovery and social inclusion.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Relevant qualifications or commensurate experience in working in a support role for people with a mental illness, generally a Certificate IV qualification or above
- Demonstrated experience in working within a mental health setting or equivalent community-based support role
- Appropriate IT skills
- Right to Work within Australia
- Current valid Driver’s License and the ability to undertake travel for the role
- Current or willingness to complete Working with Children Check, National Police Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check
- NDIS Orientation Module
