1. Engage with stakeholders across multiple business units (Finance, Security, Regulation, Search and Rescue, HR, etc.) to elicit, document, and analyse business and technical requirements. Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships with both business and technical teams to identify, document, and resolve issues.

2. Perform system mapping and gap analysis between existing systems and future state requirements to determine viable solutions. Facilitate workshops, interviews, and requirement-gathering sessions to ensure clear alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
