Base Salary: $151,671 - $159,471 (p.a.)

Total Effective Package: $183,580 - $192,435 (p.a.)*

Full Time, Continuous Contract

  • Lead progress of the Child and Youth Assessment and Therapeutic Services (CYATS) expansion
  • Ensure efficient and effective services are delivered to children and young people with suspected and diagnosed neurodevelopmental disorders and developmental delays
  • Build both town and remote capacity, coordinating the team and effectively collaborate across the organisation to ensure successful implementation of CYATS.

About the role

As CYATs Manager you will manage programs designed to ensure all Aboriginal children and their families in Central Australia have access to evidence informed assessment and therapeutic services within a continuous quality systems enhancement framework leading to service improvement through strong leadership and support to staff through a period of change and transition.

To be considered for this position, you will require:

  • Tertiary qualification in Health or Social Sciences or similar field.
  • Demonstrated extensive experience in senior positions with strategic leadership, expertise and management experience, or a degree in business management, or executive leadership.
  • Demonstrated experience and skills in providing clinical case management support to vulnerable families that is child focused, family centred and trauma-informed
  • Knowledge of child development, as well as neurodevelopmental disorders including FASD, ASD and Global Development Disorders.
