About This Position
The Project Administrator works as part of a professional team involved in the management of Council’s AFL High-Performance Centre project. The position will undertake critical administrative tasks and provide support to the Project Director in the successful delivery of Council developments associated with the project. This role is essential to ensuring the project meets its objectives of an infrastructure build that aligns with community, sporting, and regional development goals. This position is offered on a full-time basis; however, a part-time role may be considered.
You will be responsible for drafting outgoing correspondence, maintaining project files, and undertaking other administrative and clerical activities. The incumbent will respond to public and stakeholder inquiries about the Kingborough Sports Precinct, providing accurate written and verbal communication.

Experience in the administration of construction project/sExperience liaising with a variety of stakeholdersStrong organisational and time management skillsStrong interpersonal and communication skillsCompetent computer skills using MS Office software.
Further Details
