What You Will Be Doing
The Food Monitor will operate as part of the broader Food Services team and will assist the relevant Support Services Supervisor in providing and maintaining a safe and effective food delivery service for all of patients and residents. This role will act as an ambassador for the Food Services Department and will demonstrate strong interpersonal skills when engaging with patients/residents at the bedside; for the purpose of meal selection. The primary function of this role is to obtain appropriate meal requirements of patients using an electronic menu management system, providing relevant information (tally's and other relevant reports) required for the accurate provision of patient/resident meals. This role is based at Rosebud Hospital.
Position Description
What You Need
We anticipate you will have:
- Basic Food Handling Certification Level 1 or higher
- Working with Children Check
- Basic computer skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills

*Please refer to Health and Allied Services, Managers And Administrative Workers (Victorian Public Sector) (Single Interest Employers) Enterprise Agreement 2021-2025 salary circular for salary range. Sub-grading will be based on years of experience.
