Expression of Interest – Community and Cultural Development Manager

Expressions of Interest are being called for employees interested in acting in the position of Community and Cultural Development Manager for periods of approved leave until 27 March 2026. One period of confirmed leave where the successful applicant will be required to act is for the 25 August 2025 to 26 September 2025.

If you are interested in submitting an expression of interest, please address the following criteria in your submission:

  1. Knowledge and experience in the planning, development, delivery and operations of services to the community;
  2. Demonstrated ability to successfully lead, motivate, develop and support a team;
  3. Responsibility and experience in the establishment and delivery of actions in Delivery and Operational plans;
  4. Good communication and team building skills (both verbally and written).

This position is in Grade 16 of Council’s Salary system - $86.70 - $99.70 per hour.
