About Our Finance Graduate Program
Our 2-year Finance Graduate Program is a full time, permanent role from day one, with 3 rotations every 8 months.
It is uniquely designed to equip you with the experience, knowledge and networks that will empower you to succeed!
You will have exposure to areas including but not limited to Group Credit Risk, Treasury, Financial Reporting, Financial Operations and Procurement.
Examples of day-to-day tasks may involve:
- Working with Finance stakeholders to enhance processes
- Producing balance sheets and cash flow statements
- Auditing and invoicing
- Financial reporting
- Project Management
Qualifications and Certificates accepted but not limited to:
- Bachelor of Applied Finance, Bachelor of Commerce - Majors in Accounting, Auditing or Taxation
- Certificates in Finance, Accounting, Auditing or Taxation
- Diploma of Finance, Accounting, Auditing or Taxation
Eligibility Criteria

- To be eligible for our program, you will need to meet the following criteria:
- You are an Australian Citizen, New Zealand Citizen or Permanent Resident
- Have completed an Advanced Diploma, Bachelor’s degree (or higher) or TAFE Certificate level qualification in 2023, 2024 or expect to complete your final subject by December 2025, inclusive of any internships or work experience placements required for graduation.
- Be willing to work predominantly from our Macquarie Park campus in Sydney.
- Be available to commence in February 2026.
